It takes approximately 3 months to successfully change a behavior; therefore, a 3-month commitment is recommended for best results. 3-month, 2-month, and 1-month packages are available. New client special packages are also available.
Wellness coaching is done over the phone or Skype, a free downloaded Internet program.
